Triton Restaurant
It’s time for fine dining the Mediterranean way, courtesy of the Greek god Triton – messenger of the sea – and his benevolent basket of seafood flavours among others. Virgin olive oil, succulent olives, local herbs that grow on nearby hills, sun-ripened produce, fruits and vegetables from the Kipriotis garden, and a variety of rich local ingredients add a delicate flavour to all the dishes on this surprising a-la-carte menu. Very popular with gourmet eaters for lunch or dinner, Triton can be enjoyed by both guests and non-guests who reserve in advance (a must during the high season).
